Step 4: Studio design session
A relaxed, creative session where the team takes time to understand your style, priorities, and space. Tiles, cabinets, colours, and finishes are laid out together so you can see exactly how everything works as a whole.
Step 5: 3D design & presentation
Detailed 3D design proposals are prepared, presented, and refined based on your feedback until everything is exactly right and quotes are agreed.
Step 6: Survey & finalising
If you ask us to arrange installation we’ll do a technical site survey. When designs and quotes are signed off, fitters’ lists, detailed plans and annotations are prepared, ready for installation arranged by us or by your chosen fitter.

We’ll work with you to make sure you are completely happy with the layouts, colours, materials, and itemised quote. If you’ve asked us to arrange installation we’ll organise a site survey with the fitter in order to provide a price and check any technicalities.

Supply-only sales are paid for at the time of order.

Installation payments are in 3 simple stages:

1) Booking fee to secure your installation slot

2) Payment for suite & tiles at the time of booking to protect against price rises

3) Installation stage payments directly to your fitter (they may also need a payment for construction materials when they start)
