  Karen was so helpful in helping us transform our downstairs cloakroom into a shower room. She took the time to go through a wide choice of high-quality options with us and helped create mood boards, which was a great way of seeing how everything could work together. Being able to take samples home was also a real help, as it allowed us to visualise the different finishes and make sure we were happy with our choices in our own space. I was able to pop in and look at revised designs as many times as I liked, which made the whole process really easy and straightforward. The quality of the furniture and fittings is exceptional, with a fantastic choice available. Karen and the team made everything so simple, and we’re really pleased with the end result. We’re looking forward to having our second bathroom completed through Karen and the team this autumn. Thanks so much, Karen — we’re thrilled with our new shower room!

  My parents who are approaching 90 recently had a complete bathroom refurbishment by The Bathroom Studio.  From start to finish - design to fitting completion - I could not recommend them more.   Worked on Designs with Vicki and Ashley who helped highlight features we hadn't considered. The wider team were then very supportive (post purchase) throughout the whole build process, so you aren't left feeling isolated with potential issues: The Bathroom Studio were always quick to react and help find a solution and get things ordered. -> Easy to work with, pragmatic and low stress.   Karen put so much thought and effort into designing our bathroom.  She produced excellent fitter plans that led to a seamless installation process. Any questions or product issues she resolved promptly, often communicating directly with our builders and insulating us from any potential stress.   I recently used The Bathroom showroom for a small kitchen tiling project and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The team were extremely helpful from the moment I walked in - knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution. Karen helped me select not only the perfect tiles, but also matching grout and silicone, ensuring everything coordinated beautifully. The advice I received made a real difference in helping me make the best decision for my project. It was also great to see tiles in real life versus the  online. Everything arrived remarkably quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish, and it is wonderful to have such a quality, independent shop available locally. I will absolutely be recommending the shop to friends and family, and I will certainly be returning myself for future projects.
